Please check you have not given agent/supervisor capability to subscriber user. Manage role from Support Plus > Settings > Role Management setting. Please note, you should not add users with support staff capabilities e.g. agent / supervisor / administrator. Using these users in company will not give required results. It could be a conflict with other plugin or theme, please deactivate all recently installed plugins and try to use WP Support Plus, again activate those one after another to detect which only making WP Support Plus non-functional. Also recheck the issue by changing the theme.

According to your explanation, I will suggest you our paid add-on Company/UserGroups. Once you create company with members, member of company will able to access and reply tickets created by other members of the same company. Also any member of company can close ticket created by other member of same company. For more details please see this page https://www.wpsupportplus.com/company-usergroups/

The setting was “#” now changed to “CL17”
Your changes will reflected into the individual tickets/open ticket. The # does not change on ticket list page because of it is static symbol.
Please goto Support Plus -> Email Templates -> Change Status and enable Change Status Notification Email for admin.
