Unfortunately it is not possible using SupportCandy. You can use other plugin to handle this. I will suggest you Login and Logout Redirect plugin.

It is not possible because of ticket id is a auto increment field.

We use default wordpress user registration setting for this. If you disable “Anyone can register” setting from settings then Register User link will not be shown.

Hiding description fields is not possible in current version. We are going to introduce this option next version.

If your forum plugin uses default wordpress user login mechanism then our plugin will not have any issue. You have to just disable guest tickets from the settings. Goto Support Plus > Settings > Guest Ticket.

This may be conflict with your theme. Deactivated bootstrap files from settings, Support Plus > Advance Settings > Advance Settings Tab > Bootstrap Files. If that does not solves your issue please create a ticket on our site.
