This is issue is resolved. the problem was my hosting temp folder was full and because of that image uploader is unable to upload files. I contacted my hosting support asked for clean my hosting cache and after that this issue has been resolved.

I have troubleshooted this issue my self and found that this problem is because of cache and i submitted ticket to support and now waiting for answer.

Got the issue the “WP Content Copy Protection” plugin is not compatible with wordpress 3.6 that i have disabled that plugin and THAT WORKS…

I have also same issue after upgrading my wordpress to 3.6 see below for errors which displays on wordpress admin panel not on front of website.
