Did you checked the excerpt of your older posts?

Please check the excerpt box also, it can be that the text is being displayed from the excerpt instead.

Yeah that can cause such issue, if you know how to access your wordpress database
– Logged in to your phpmyadmin admin panel
– Click in the wordpress database
– browse the wp_options table
– Look for the option_name “siteurl” and “home”
– Simple edit their content to their original values

That should work

Make sure your post visibility status is set to “public”.

Only Admin can see the private and draft posts.

You mean the older posts text is not displayed either in the html editor also?

Did you also dumped the older database and tried importing it to your newer domain’s database?

Make sure you create the database username,password and add it to the database you current want to use.

The issue can be due to the limited permission in your hosting provided to you.

If you have got the ftp details why don’t you try using the Filezilla ftp client and try uploading the plugins, themes and even wordpress directly.

Also make sure when you change your default permalink check if your htaccess file is writable.

I have got the same problem when i upgraded to the latest wordpress version.Can you please suggest what is the reason behind it and hot to remove it.
