Have emailed the code being used

The website is only used by mobile devices and a few version ago would coincide with when the compact view stopped working like it had done previously. At the moment compact=”true” is set, yet none of the content is any smalled on either desktop or mobile devices.

I am still not able to add people to the subscribers list using the add subscribers button on the backend. I receive no error on the website when submitting, but I never received the message from Jetpack to say it has processed the request where in the past it would have said it has processed and added x of x number of users.

Using the Shortcode block see screen shot. However you will also notice short codes for other plugins are being used in the same way on the page and are working fine.

No errors but equally no email to confirm that it has processed the entries.. Just nothing back from the system at all now almost they are stuck in a queue.
