I can’t answer for the OP (@saharakenya)
But we carry out regular updates – none had been recently updated when the problem occured. We updated the avaiable plugins in a hope to have the issue resolved.
We also cant manage vendors as an admin – “Invalid Vendor: You don’t have permission to access this page. Please contact your Store Admin for assistance.”
