Mate i am not zorem and i do not work for AST.
I don’t think AST adds code to the template you are posting.

If you have paid for the plugin open a ticket with them and i am sure they ll be happy to fix it otherwise sorry mate but you are on your own on this…

Try the fix that i posted or have someone to help you with it, you might fix your problem, otherwise try other plugins, you can find tracking plugins that do similar work.

OK try the following, most of the setting will be lost but you might get a working plugin back.

Backup and/or test it in a duplicate website first.
– Delete the AWS plugin, login to your phpmyadmin/database and use the search in the table wp_options
– Search for wc_ast with operator Like %…% in the field option_name
or use this in a sql query:
SELECT * FROMwp_optionsWHEREoption_nameLIKE '%wc_ast%'
– Delete all the results and reinstall the plugin

Well i did a duplicate of the eshop, deactivated all plugins (except Woocommerce & ASTFW) and changed the theme to Twenty Twenty-One
Still it does not add the tracking info inside the mail when i set it to shipped. ??

It’s an active eshop so i will make a duplicate make the test and get back to you.
I could even give you admin access if it would speed things up for you.

It was wrong shipping setting from my part, Marin found out i had 2 free shipping methods that created the problem. Case closed…

Yes i have it all set up and it is showing a message “amount left for shipping” with a custom snippet, i now wanted to replace this custom message and show your plugin bar, but can’t see the bar anywhere.
