If you go to their homepage, the three links all work. And I’ve been exchanging emails with them for the past several weeks with no problems and they’ve provided great support. Not sure why you’re having those issues. Maybe you had an outdated email address?
Yup, already have it changed there, too…it matches the Settings > General area but it’s still pulling up something else. I’ve got a ticket in with 1&1 but right now they’re stumped.
