I’ve updated wordpress on one of my sites and also the tinymce advanced plugin to the newest version, but I still have the same problem (the caption removes itself after saving draft or publishing a post).

One some other site of mine it works without problems.

I have the same problem with TinyMCE Advanced and WordPress 4.0 update.

When I add captions to images, they disappear (the captions) after the post is published or saved as draft. Also the page align disappears too.

I’ve disabled TinyMCE Advanced and it worked, but I would really like to use that plugins – it’s really good for formatting text etc..

Having the same problem myself.

I’m on dual xeon 2.8 2 gig of ram
apache 1.3.9 and php 4.4.7

There are mysql “sleeps” for 60 seconds on
many of my blogs. (some work though!!???).

I’m trying to solve the problem for 2 weeks. Will keep you updated if I solve it.
