I reverted back to 3.7, no snow!

I got a email about wp roll back plugin and reverted back to 3.7. That fixed the problem.

I deleted everything that was under js folder snowfall.js and snowstrom.js and jquery.snowfall.js pages of html code and the snow is still there! really! please tell how to go to and older version so I don’t have to deal with this any more. I am probably going to try another template. had it. Gary

I tried removing both the snow is still falling on my web site. please help. Thanks!
