I am having the same issue as above but I don’t quite understand the answers in this thread.
After buying the Shield Pro recommended by our campus network security officer my next step was to install the latest WP Version 4.9.4.
So now I have this exact same list of files it is calling unrecognized.
First question:
Do the answers above definitely say these files are not needed and can be deleted?
Second question:
Do you know why these files would be left? Is it simply permissions? There were no errors during our install of Version 4.9.4.
