In reply to: [Facebook for WooCommerce] Out of stock products showing in Dynamic Ads@marijastuntcoders Hello, and thank you for your response! Hopefully that isn’t the standard behaviour in the future. Looking forward to updates!
@facebook Hello, thank you for your response as well. We tried following instructions in that link but we get ‘Sorry, this page isn’t available’ from Direct Support?homepage link in step 1. We still see Out of Stock products showing in our Dynamic Ads, took screenshots just few minutes ago. Is there any other way we can get in touch with Meta support? As it seems the ‘Help?’ button in bussines.facebook doesn’t work as well, we can’t get past the step where we ‘Choose our asset that we need help with’. It just stays there with no followup after we choose our business, tried multiple times and browsers.
Thank you both in advance!Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Facebook for WooCommerce] View Content event doesn’t registerSorry about that, I made a new link with logs: https://quickforget.com/s/7d967682fa1cfd6b6e2d8908eb8a50e88e1c19d4a1e9ab08
Please take your time to see if there’s anything going wrong.Just to clarify, did you already have a chance to Delete all products from your Facebook Catalog (documentation linked here, for reference) and then sync them anew (preferably with the rest of the plugins temporarily disabled again), and see how it goes, or otherwise?
We haven’t tried doing this yet, but we will do it as per guide you kindly shared.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Webhook failed to deliver cURL error 28Thank you for your response,
Sadly we have tried all of these 5 points and we still couldn’t figure out the issue. We were hoping you could maybe help us increase the timeout before connection gets terminated since we are using WooCommerce settings for setting up the webhook.
Thank you for help so far.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Facebook for WooCommerce] View Content event doesn’t registerAppreciate your response @anastas10s ,
Please have a look at the logs when you get the chance:

I would really appreciate if you could explain me if it is possible for products that we sync to Facebook catalogue to import videos from our website product page? We can upload them manually in Facebook catalogue page, product by product, but would really save us a lot of time if there was a way to pull videos from product page, if there is a standard way of doing that.
I found some more of the ‘sync’ issues I mentioned in posts above so I will post screenshots below if it will help:
*Variable product with incorrect values (price in euros instead of BAM, price is 0.00):https://ibb.co/LJdhKyb
https://ibb.co/fkcGF5K*Duplicate product in catalogue (recently changed SKU for this product, now it shows duplicate product in our catalogue):

In reply to: [Facebook for WooCommerce] View Content event doesn’t registerHey @anastas10s ,
Thank you for your response! While investigating the site’s System Status Report (SSR), it appears that caching settings might be interfering. Did you already have a chance to?check this out, or otherwise?
Yes, we don’t use combined JS files optimization, but we have tried disabling all other JS options we had enabled (Minify JS, Load JS deferred and Delay JS execution) in our caching plugin WP Rocket, but the result is still the same. We also tried disabling all the plugins altogether to see if there was any difference but all other events work fine, except for ViewContent.
What is weird is that ViewContent event is not even shown on our Meta page, as shown in the first screenshot I posted in first message? Should it be that way?
Could you please share further details on this (like screenshots and product URLs)?Sadly, we had to fix it ASAP since empty products with no images were showing in our live ads. Only screenshots I managed to take were these, below:
https://ibb.co/xFfQ0j2
https://ibb.co/YyZtt5cIn first screenshot you can see first and third variations that say 0.00BAM eventhough they had proper price in woocoommerce. Second variation shows price in € which we don’t use on our website. Fourth variation is as it should be. Second screenshot is from that same product page just before we fixed it. We fixed this by deleting the product and updating it, so now it shows variations properly. Would still be interested to hear if you knew of similar issue before, and if so what could be causing it?

In reply to: [WooCommerce Cart Abandonment Recovery] Plugin doesn’t work for meSomehow managed to fix it myself, apparently issue was with Checkout layout from Woodmart theme. If someone else happens to have the same issue, you can resolve it easily following these steps:

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Issues with Order Atribution at checkoutWe have made very minimal changes to checkout form, only added the little checkbox for newsletter and email row changed.
I have tried to do the checkout process on my staging site with all plugins disabled (except Elementor, Elementor Pro and Woo) and with Twenty TwentyFour theme. When I tried to order on checkout page I see this notice:
“Sorry, it seems that there are no available payment methods. Please contact us if you require assistance or wish to make alternate arrangements.” In Woo settings I can see Payment method Cash on Delivery is correctly selected and we have the correct shipping method chosen.^ There was an error on my part with Payment option not being properly configured after turning off Flexible Shipping plugin.
I have tried once again to test it on staging site with all plugins disabled (except Elementor, Elementor Pro and Woo) with Woodmart child theme, and I have the same issue with orders not going through and I get a notice with error: ”Error processing checkout. Please try again.”
When I tried it with Wodmart and Twenty TwentyFour theme with disabled plugins it worked as it should, orders went through normally.
Appears as though there is a custom code or option that is preventing customers from finishing checkout process. Thank you for your help, I will try to find what seems to be the issue.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [WooCommerce] Issues with Order Atribution at checkoutHi Justin, thank you very much for your reply!
Can you confirm that the order is correctly being stored, but the customer isn’t being redirected to the confirmation page? Can you clarify what error message is displayed?
We can see the order in Order menu with status ‘Pending payment’ with all the correct info we need. At checkout, customers click ‘Order’ button, then page starts loading for noticeable time and then shows notice with error: ”Error processing checkout. Please try again.”. Customers don’t reach the Thank You page (confirmation page).
It looks like you’re using Elementor and Checkout Field Editor, have you made many customizations to the checkout form?
