This is a confirmed issue with Jetpack, and we currently have a fix planned for our next plugin update. I will try to post an update here once it is live. We’ll also keep in touch with you via email as things progress.

I am really sorry if our service didn’t live up to your expectations on first install. We are a small company still, and aren’t always able to provide immediate support on the weekends. We do, however, try to catch urgent tickets that come in, and I believe yours one of the ones that I responded to on Saturday.
We do try to make our support hours (Monday – Friday except holidays, 9 am – 5 pm CST) clearly available on our support page (https://coschedule.com/help), but I am very sorry if it wasn’t clear. We will do what we can to improve our communication as much as we can moving forward.
Nonetheless, I know that we got you up and running with CoSchedule a few weeks ago. I certainly hope your experience with CoSchedule is improving! Let us know if there is anything else we can do.
