In reply to: [EZP Coming Soon Page] Can't login as Contributor, Author or EditorThis is another issue entirely, however when clicking “Add your own review” this post isn’t being edited like it should when changing your review… Not sure what to do there buddy, I even just added an entirely new review but it’s not showing up.

In reply to: [Coming Soon / Maintenance mode Ready!] Falls short againIve deleted the plugin and all data, checked database just to make sure.
But the problem still remains, so must be another plugin. Bullet Proof security is my guess, just too secure. So apologies for the poor review, I’ll ramp it up to 3 stars (due to PR leeching) but I won’t go 4.

In reply to: [Coming Soon / Maintenance mode Ready!] Falls short againHow ironic, every time you check it it’s “server not found”?
Yet Pingdom 5 minute scans aren’t showing any downtimes.https://i60.tinypic.com/207wb5d.jpg Can’t see any attempts to visit the website either, apart from my own IP from yesterday.

In reply to: [Coming Soon / Maintenance mode Ready!] Falls short againyou mean that our plugin does not restrict access for some not standard wordpress login’s?
I have the plugin set to allow contributors and above the access to view wp-admin and bypass the plugin. As you can see from the image I have also whitelisted the username “comingsoon” as well as setting the contributor level.

In reply to: [Coming Soon / Maintenance mode Ready!] Falls short againmust have just been a short downtime, it’s up again.
yes I use wp-login, typically I just type site.com/wp-admin/ which redirects to login anyway.

In reply to: [Coming Soon / Maintenance mode Ready!] Falls short againYou have to be logged in before WordPress can check your User Role and tell if you are an Admin, Author, Editor…
Besides the point, I can still login. I am just restricted access to wp-admin.
I can login, then if I refresh the homepage I can see the actual homepage with admin bar enabled. However clicking “add post” or “view dashboard” wp-admin screen says “you need permission to do that”.

In reply to: [Coming Soon / Maintenance mode Ready!] Falls short againHello.
Our plugin allow you to select user roles, that will be able to see site on development stage. More over – if you are logged-in – you will be able to see the site. Can you please explain – “What’s the point in a coming soon plugin that doesn’t allow admins, designers, and authors to all work on a new website?” – this one? It’s not letting me see admin area after login using an editor account. So something must be conflicting with it.
try here -> site
you [ redacted, do not post userid and passwords in these forums ]This account is a contributor and I have set “Allow contributors and higher access to administration”
Screen says: “You need to be an admin to do that”

In reply to: [Coming Soon / Maintenance mode Ready!] Falls short againAnd thirdly the link in the bottom is a bit sneaky. It’s only function is PR leaching. As it’s simply not big enough for anybody to read, so it’s hardly likely this is a way to generate more sales and “keep the plugin in development”.

In reply to: [Coming Soon / Maintenance mode Ready!] Falls short againAdditionally in Firefox 30.0, I set a background image and “stretched” it to fit, which looks fine until you hover over the page and then it gets the border around the image (outside edge of browser) and scroll bars appear. Almost like when you mouse over an image on a blog and the image highlights to show you can click it and be taken to the post and/or image post.
This doesn’t seem to happen in other browsers, so I’m not sure if it’s just localized to my Firefox plugins or something. However I’ve not had this happen to any images on other websites in Firefox. This is solved: It was Buffer causing the “share image” button to appear off page around 900px below the bottom of page and 20px to the right of the page.

you can test this by inspecting (firebug, chrome) the main menu bar above on www.remarpro.com and seeing what css they use for ityou might also want to consider changing the inaccurate data on the site.
Eliquid is made up of Vegetable Glycerin (VG) and/or Propylene Glycol (PG)
you have suggested Propylene Glycerin is found in eliquid when it isn’t. (or at least shouldn’t be)Also those lady like e-cigs are a waste of time constantly changing the batteries ??

In reply to: URGENT! Url change, can't log in!Actually it looks as though the new URL contains a default bluehost index page. You will need to delete that as well. probably named “home.php” or “index.html” or something

In reply to: URGENT! Url change, can't log in!did you also change the wp-config.php file to reflect the changes to database?
or delete the .htaccess files so they aren’t pointing in funny permalink places.
what do you mean by “can’t log in” do you mean the login page isn’t at the address you expect it to be or do you mean you are receiving login errors?
