When I switch to 2015 it’s working but when I switch back to custom theme it stops and my wp-config.php doesn’t have any references to NextGen Gallery any ideas?

I just added this to fix

body{
overflow:hidden;
}

This fix breaks scrolling on homepage for safari and chrome

This only happens when i have the following:

html{
overflow-y: visible !important;
}

If i dont have this included i end up with two sidebars on everypage bar the homepage. This was also a previous posting of mine. Two sidebars on chrome (also safari).

Earlier today there was an update to the theme and I was hoping the fix for this issue was included. Just in case it was forgotten, I thought I would bring it back to your attention

The problem was I had the following code in order to solve a issue with my background image:

html{
  height:100% !important;
}

The following addition solved my issue in case anyone has the same problem

html{
	height:100% !important;
	overflow-y: visible !important;
}

The two current phones with issues at my disposal are Samsung Galaxy 3 with firmware 4.3 running the default browser and a Samsung GT-S7580 running 4.2.2 using default browser. Also I provided picture taken off the S3 in the link provided in my original post. here it is again

It seems to be my child theme only it works ok with the parent theme. So I would eliminate disabling plugins using this logic. It must be in my CSS Do you have any idea’s?

This seems to be an issue with me that I cant rectify. Its not just my machine. It seems to work fine with Mac but Windows and Linux seems to be an issue with chrome. Here is a link to some screenshots.
