Addition to previous question:
Based on the information already provided from the thread that I linked, I have tried upgrading to 1.14.2 and checking “Do not flag orders as being tracked” to see if orders will be picked up again and the Event is firing.
Turns out this works and transactions are also being sent go GA again. However, I do like the Feature of this Plugin and do not want to run into a risk tracking double transactions.
