I am still working on newer version of this plugin. But I did not understood what you need. Because it calculates shipping cost with active shipping methods.

It is updated to work with latest WooCommerce and WordPress. There are some big changes from WooCommerce 2.5 to 2.6. The older version of this plugin will work with 2.5.

Since this is to work with products i did not build any code to work with other theme pages. If you still need it i need to do a little bit work around.

Sorry was not looking into support for this plugin. Will update this week for sure. May be with new features. I am Extremely sorry. I was keep getting busy with drag & drop interface in word press.

yes you can alter. to calculate postage.
look in the file shipping-calculator.php in plugin. around 12-13 line you will see <button> tag in that change the _e(‘Calculate Shipping’, $this->app_name ) to _e(‘Calculate Postage’, $this->app_name )
