It was a conflict with another plugin that also shows a lightbox.

I don’t know how to help you.. Try Ctrl+F5 again or update your Mozilla browser. It seems it’s a local problem.

Hi, can you see it working in other browsers?
Check if you have some lightbox-blocking add-ons or extensions in Firefox.

For our website, https://galleryshareplugin.com/ , it works for every browser and setting. Try to click on the right and left part of the lightbox. It might also be a cashing problem.

It works for all the other users and downloaders, it will work for you too ??
