@marcelovivone we don’t show a lot of messages at all, I think 2-3 in total. Many plugins developers show a messages, that’s a common practice. These messages can be easily dismissed.

I don’t think that we deserve a 1-star review for that. If you enjoy Coupon X and keep using it, I’d love to see you leave a review based on the value you get out of the plugin.

I just wanna be clear that the Folders plugin doesn’t have even 1 line of code that can delete files. All our folders are “virtual,” and even if a user deletes a folder by accident, it doesn’t delete the files inside the folder unless the user actually deletes the files inside the folders by using the native WordPress “delete” functionality.

My guess would be that the user has deleted some files by accident, and since they see the Folders plugin in their media library, the user thinks it’s related to the plugin.

That being said, I’m happy to hear that the user plans to keep using the plugin.

You should be able to close that message, and then the message shouldn’t ever appear again.

I can see our support team tried to contact you several times to find out what happened as we weren’t able to reproduce this issue on our end. I’ve also tried personally to contact you, but unfortunately, I never heard back from you.

I’m not sure this issue is related to the Folders plugin at all since we never got such complaints. , and still, we’d love to dig deep and understand what happened there. Please contact me whenever you can and I promise you we’ll sort it out.

This is the first time I do this, and the only reason I’ve contacted you is because you said yourself that you’re open to removing your review because you haven’t read our listing carefully before installing the plugin.

Behind each product, there’s a team that works really hard, and whenever you leave a review just because you haven’t read the listing, it really hurts the product and the developers. As you said yourself, it’s stated in our listing several times.

Our product works well with WordPress websites and the only reason you’ve left us a 1-star review is because we’re a SaaS product ??
