I’ve checked your display rules and seems like you’re targeting just 2 pages, and you’ve also added a title tag targeting option, but instead of entering a title, you’ve entered your pages’ URLs.
I suggest you turn off the title tag targeting and test again in incognito mode in those 2 URL:
/home/
/rants/After you do that, it should work for you. Please test in incognito mode ??

If you can send a link to the page with the broken support link that would really help usYeah but if a user is not logged in to FB then the user needs to login in order to send you a message via messenger. This is the way it works with every web-based messenger platform (also on mobile).

That’s just not true. You can go to https://premio.io/ and click on the Chaty widget (bottom left side). Then, click on FB Messenger and you’ll get a window that allows you to initiate a FB messenger chat.

That’s an awesome idea! Currently, you can’t change that. We’ll definitely consider adding this feature to one of our feature releases.

Once you did it, either do you testing in incognito mode, or purge your current website’s cookies (for Chrome F12 -> Application -> Cookies -> Right click on your website and click on “Clear”)Hello @tomaskriha ??
