I am in my directory files through cpanel and I have my functions.pho open. Should I just copy and paste the fresh, new file in its place?

I can’t access the site at all. Is there some way I can get back to the code editor? Anytime I try to access any part of my site, I just see the parse error.

I accidentally deleted somehthing important in my function.php file while trying to get rid of the “posted on” and “posted in” scripts on the page. Now when I try to access the site, here’s what it says: Parse error: syntax error, unexpected $end in /home/galaxi5/public_html/wp-content/themes/twentyeleven/functions.php on line 599

What do I do??? Help help!!
