You need to use a capability in the add_submenu_page that the authors have. Try using edit_posts instead of manage_product_terms.

When the amount is sent back in USD, the plugin converts it to your currency using the conversion rate you specified.

Unfortunately this plugin does not allow the website’s user to choose from multiple currencies. It allows the website’s administrator to add currencies or edit existing ones.

1) Are you using the default PayPal payment gateway that comes with WooCommerce by default?
2) Are you applying any taxes, other shipping, ..etc. ?
3) Which version of WooCommerce are you using?
4) Which PayPal method are you using? (e.g. Form submission/query string)

I tried adding a currency and set a product to be 225 EGP (I am using EGP) and set the conversion rate to 0.27 – I tried both Form Submission and the redirect/querystring PayPal options. The PayPal page is charging 60.75 dollars (and that is supposedly correct).

If you can setup a demo I will appreciate it.

You can also try as websitism suggested, comment this line:

add_filter( 'woocommerce_paypal_args', 'woocurrenciez_paypal_convert_arguments' );

Can you please provide the exact steps that caused the problem and if possible a demo URL?

Also, try purchasing something from the demo store (with a Paypal sandbox account) here:

The conversion rate is set to 0.5 and I can see that the correct amount is being calculated. If you can produce the problem let me know and I will gladly fix it ASAP.
