I am seeing the same thing on my a2hosted sites. Their support said they support .user.ini files but they also directed me to “php selector” options in cpanel but it does not list the auto_prepend_file setting.

I am at loss how to fix it.

No this is a straight forward unique site. I am at a loss. I have no idea what would be deleting the files.

It appears all the log files show no errors.

But something is deleting the zip files. Even though these 2 logs show the uploads.zip, themes.zip and plugins.zip files were created they are now gone.

Only one copy of these files are being kept. If I run another backup it will create a new set of the zip files and delete the old set.

“Or where the backup has missing components?” I can give you login info if you could give me directions on how to provide it.
