If I rename the plugin, the webdesign will be broken ?.
The issue occurred after auto-update all plugins and auto-update wordpress. PHP has not been updated.
Unfortunately there is still the problem with the plugin version 1.2.1. :/

Same :/ I don’t know what I’m doing wrong.
I have two website :
- Ecommerce website with wp (6.1.1) and only Woocommerce (7.1.0). Theme twentytwo.
- CRM website : wp (6.1.1) woocommerce (7.1.0), jetpack CRM (>5.2), and twentytwo theme. Core modules : transaction, PDF, and woo sync

So … I don’t know. Maybe about my import, or about duplicate ? or not ! :
I did the ecommerce website (ecommerce-blabla-com for example) by importing a lot of data from prestashop. (The new website works well !:).
After that I duplicate database and file from ecommerce-blabla com, I rename to crm-blabla-com. So, now I have ecommerce and CRM, they are the same.
I installed Jetpack CRM on crm-blabla-com. So CRM has two connections : self (woocommerce in CRM) and ecommerce website, with same order, same customers.
I had some order and refund from ecommerce : order are synchronised to transactions, but not refund.
Order and refund from CRM are well synchronised to transactions.
Or perhaps it is related to @midipedalboards “everything seemed to work well except the partial refund amount showed as an unassigned invoice entry” ?

Thank you Céna, Scott and Stef for answsers.
On my website ecommerce : I have woocommerce.
On my CRM website I have Woocommerce and JetpackCRM. I’m talking about partial and integral refund from website ecommerce to CRM website : I don’t see negative transactions. Statut are correct : I see refund statut in the transaction, but I don’t see negative transaction.
In JetpackCRM (version 5.5.3) I use only in the core modules : PDF, WooSync and Transactions. I test with and without API connector : no difference.
I just went through and tested this flow (and updated the docs! :)) and I can’t seem to duplicate this issue.> So, it’s probably about my configuration. I will test to deactivate all other plugin (wpml, ..) and I come back.

- what happen now if I check the box “attach invoice to order processing” and save : email will be send to aaaaallllll the customer who have an order processing ?! Or only for order that change status and become processing ?
- 3.4.5. : ok !

I don’t understand, I installed all website on same server. No javascript error. No php error. I buy a product with an existing wp client. And still no negatives transactions (refunded) appear from external website.

So, I comment lines in function.php. I have now no error un php-log. But still not assigned transactions and still confused transactions.
- About not assigned transaction : I can see something like a purchase in guest mode ? i.e. without account and without email, but with other info (such as name, adresse etc). Maybe it could be a raison ?

2. About confused transactions : I test a purchase with same email and two different name, maybe transaction are based on email ?
For example the order 2527 made by gabyXXX2 is assigned in transactions to gabyXXX3. But the same email are correct

Yes I saw your message. But this one is about website C. Each website (A, B and C) are on different server.
This matter is about website C. Website C is on my computer with Wampp (not such as other website A and website B). Website C have wp + woocommerce and Jetpack CRM.
The other thread is a different matter about synchronisation between 2 different websites A and B.
So, this thread is about purchases which become transaction unassigned or confused on website C : I don’t kknow what happen.
For the PHP Notices (website C ) about “being-delivered”. I add in function.php some lines to add a status to the order in woocommerce : to do a difference between order in progress and order which are delivering.
I will comment this lines and will test again a synchonisation to see if there the matter is resolved. I will come back to say the result.
But such as you can see in the image (in the first post) transactions not assigned or confused are from order with a status completed or refunded (not being-delivery).
