@bruceallen The website is not slow, nor is it on a shared hosting. Can we find out why this might be triggering?

Figured it out. I was missing our phone number in the Origin Address.. I had to go into inspect mode to find the error. Woocommerce should consider creating an error message with instructions what to do.

@lukdvr Yeah agreed, I stopped using GoDaddy many years ago. They are absolute trash, they have great marketing but it stops there. All of their products are extremely glitchy and run terribly.

@lukdvr I found a workaround that works for us. Run the export the same way you have been, then log in via FTP and goto /wp-content/ai1wm-backups/ and find the most recent backup file and download via FTP

I just tried disabling all plugins and using Twenty20 Theme as well and same issue.

I just updated it with that code and it shows as 4.33pm

@lukascech @corylamleorg No need, I deleted all old packages that didn’t do anything. I also reset the packages in settings didn’t work.

but what did work is I deleted the plugin and reinstalled. Fixed it.
