Thanks for sharing that screenshot. I wanted to let you know that I’ve just tested this on a WooPayments testing site that only has the latest versions of WooPayments, WooCommerce Core, and Storefront theme, and the overview page worked like a charm.
So, it looks like you are facing a code conflict here. Based on what you have mentioned, it seems you already did some conflict tests, but I would recommend you to run another one while making sure that there is no other plugin (including must-used plugins) enabled than WooCommerce Core and WooPayments and using a WordPress default theme.
Please give that a try and let me know how it goes.

Thanks for circling back.
I wanted to share that Google for WooCommerce doesn’t support displaying all the custom fields available in a shop when you’re mapping attributes. A great approach would be to use a code snippet to enable those extra attributes.

Typically, when an issue like this occurs, it is often a result of another plugin causing conflict with WooPayments. That being said, the problem you’re seeing is likely caused by a code conflict since it cannot be replicated while using just WooPayments and WooCommerce Core.

So, my first recommendation would be to enable the Twenty Twenty-Two Theme or Storefront and then test if that fixes it. If this fixes the issue, it’s apparent the problem is caused by the theme.Otherwise, with the 2022/Storefront theme still active, disable all plugins except for WooCommerce and WooPayments to see if this resolves the problem. If this fixes the issue, then re-enable each plugin one at a time, then the theme, until you find the one that’s causing the conflict.

However, if you think you’ve come across a bug in the core WooCommerce code, it would be great if you could open up a new Github bug report. You can provide a detailed description of the issue in the report, and here’s the link to get started:

Just to add to my colleague’s response, she meant doing a full conflict test while having all plugins disabled except for WooCommerce Core and using the Storefront theme to see if the issue persists.
Of course, a great plugin to troubleshoot this would be the Query Monitor, which you can use to debug Ajax calls, here you have a link to it:
