Thank you for your help and trying to reproduce this issue.

Can I ask what is your web browser? I’m using Firefox. With Chrome, it seems I can’t reproduce this as the last version is filling all fields at the same time, which makes the shipping details to refresh.

I did check out which changed nothing to this issue. The order had been sent with no pick-up point. And no, I didn’t try with a different region.

As said in my first message, I was to able to reproduce the same issue on a different website.

1st step: I choose from the drop-down list of suggested entries my street, city and zip code. You can notice that the shipping method will not update.

2nd step: I go back to the zip code field, I erase the zip code, then I type it with the keyboard (same zip code), then I push enter => you’ll notice that this time the shipping method area is updated.

Maybe I didn’t make myself clear: when I’m talking about prefilling, I mean that Firefox, for example, when you click on a field, will suggest you to fill certain fields with information you already wrote before on different forms, like your name, your address… through a drop-down list (https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/control-whether-firefox-automatically-fills-forms).

Thank you for your answer. I had noticed that, but I didn’t know that it could not work with your plug-in, sorry for that. I’ve deactivated the GTM script, and I’m able to get some events, but add-to-cart is still missing.

I think the add to cart template is using the default hooks:

After some complementary search, it could be related to elementor. I’ve read on another enhanced ecommerce plug-in forum that elementor add to cart button does not use the woocommerce hook tracked for add to cart event.

Are you aware of that?

I’ve installed again the plug-in yesterday, and could solve my Google Account connection issue by using Chrome instead of Firefox (also, maybe a browser cache issue?).

I can’t know for sure that everything is being tracked as usually yet, but “view item” is working.
