On version 5.1.31 (newest version as of 9/20/19) and still have same issue, created a new event at a specific time and it does not show on calendar.

Running into the same issue, only way to get event to show up on calendar is to set it to “all day”, setting an event to a specific time does not allow it to show on the calendar. However the event does show up in the archive correctly.
