    @mahdiyazdani well if a user doesn’t find the premium support button, maybe is not his fault but is your fault that you don’t made it clear.
    Go watch some UX/UI Courses.

    Anyway if a PAYING client does something wrong you SHOULD NEVER treat him like an idiot, not satisfied clients are NEVER a good thing, we wasted more time doing this stupid conversation than watching my problem.

    But i’m not telling you how to run your business, you are free to get 1 star reviews for your plugin.

    Going somewhere else, where developer knows what customer care is.

    @mahdiyazdani it’s funny that you found the time for answering me two times without considering my problem, you just ignored it and even my email.

    Nice level of support, i’m gonna refund this plugin, and going somewhere else where developer offers support for their plugins and don’t treat clients like idiots.
