With the all-in-one plugin your site will return to the exact state of the backup.

If that’s not a problem for you, that’s fine.
But I recommend that you make a new backup as it is now before importing these old backups.
If the import resolves, ok.
If not, overwrite it again with the newly created backup.
Then you follow another correction option from the newest one.
