The problem was that the class .sm-grid .grid-sm-boxes-in had opacity set to 0

after i click on “close my account” button , the confirmation window doesn t appear and i get redirected to homepage

this is happening only to logged in users with customer role ,if is administrator role and logged in ,it is working fine or if is as guest is working fine but not as a logged in customer
