If you watermarked all your images, you could write something like this in your template’s style.css: .entry img {margin:0 auto -33px;}

-33px is for the standard height of 30px, but you should change this until you don’t see the watermark anymore.

It is possible you’ll need to add display:block; or float:left / float:right to the image so it works.

I don`t really know what components the “Me Gusta” theme uses, so I can’t say what’s wrong, unless I test it.

So you are uploading images through the WP editor and they are not watermarked, yes ? (sorry for the silly question, but just making sure..)

Do you see any errors, any strange things, anything at all ?

I tested the plugin with PHP 5.2.5 and 5.3.6 and there were no problems at all, so I doubt it’s the PHP version…

Can you go to this page wp-admin/admin.php?page=watermark-my-image/main.php and tell me if there is anything checked next to “Enable watermark for” ? And is anything written in the “Values” fields for Text 1 and Text 2 ?

It should automatically watermark images, right after you upload them.

I have uploaded a fresh copy of WP 3.2.1 and the 0.2 version of the plugin to a server, did a test and it worked just fine.

Can you please tell exactly what are you doing ?

Thank you for your feedback, but you misunderstood the purpose of this plugin, which is: to add a watermark underneath the original image – a 9GAG clone, if you will.

By adding the watermark underneath the original image, you can hide the watermark with CSS or JS, so it doesn’t bother people. I mean.. come on, who really wants to see your watermark ? And if someone copies the link to the image and sends it to their friends or something, bam! they see the watermark.

So you see why I chose to make the plugin this way ?

Anyway… the internet is full of the same pics (some with watermarks directly on the image, some underneath, some with no watermark at all), and if someone really wants a pic, well… they can find it.

And anyway, there are lots of plugins designed they way you want…
