After installing and running in the browser to start the wp installation, the 403 error appears!
I contacted my hosting and they told me that it is due to a .htaccess setup installed in the main domain that is causing the subdomain error. I found this very strange. So I did not want to temporarily disable .htaccess or the plugin to install wp in the subdomain, I think there should be another option.
Ps: I already checked all the permissions

I created a subdomain in my cpanel store.mydomain.com, I created a folder in public_html and did the normal process of installing wordpress!

One last question, when trying to configure prefixing /go/ where the error appears saying that the link is already taken. What does that mean? I created a directory on my server but is not working! I have to do some extra configuration?
