Great plugin by the way…
@yikesitskevin – Ha I got it, without thinking I was coying an old embed code and just changing the video link. This old embed code referred to an http protocol rather than https, and so blocked me from viewing the vid. I imagine that the protocol was redirected for non-logged in users but not for the logged in. Anyway, did a complete replace of the code and now all working fine. Thanks for your efforts!
Hi Kevin,
Thanks for comming back to me about this so quickly.
Are you able to see any of the videos on the site? – Yes, it’s just the youtube embedded videos within the custom tabs on the woocommerce product pages that this is effecting.
Do you know if this is happening for all admins? For all logged-in users? – Yes, for all admins
How are you adding the videos? A shortcode? Directly embedding? – Placing the embed code (provided by Youtube) into a parent div (for resizing purposes) into the custom tab.
You say it’s working for the default tabs, do you mean just the description tab? Yes
Can you try removing the description from one of your products so the tab doesn’t appear and adding a video to a custom tab (so that the custom tab is displayed first – it’s not hidden on page load).
Are you seeing any errors? – Will do this tomorrow
This is a bizarre situation… It sounds like it’s coming from a plugin conflict but I don’t understand yet… – I agree, just can’t work out which one as I have not updated anything since yesterday and this problem only started a couple of hours ago.
Hi Damian, thanks for the quick fix on this issue. Unfortunately my development site is on my local machine so cannot test it on mobile. And as I am about to leave work I don’t really want to launch it on the production site as I won’t have time to fix it if there are any issues. Hopefully someone else can take up the mantel? If not I will run a test on monday.
Cheers,
OllyYes I have also now tried with other systems and browsers and it seems to be across the board. On the iOS you have to press twice, on the Androids it seems that it takes more (and some cases doesn’t happen at all). Any fix for this would be greatly appreciated as apart from this issue the plugin is the best of its type.

In reply to: [YUZO] Does Yuzo display all types of posts? In essence I suppose I’d like the posts that are displayed in the sidebar (at the moment only using them on the single woo product pages) to link to all relevant posts (portfolio, woo products and standard posts) to that particular product. I was thinking that the best way would be to use tags i.e. give them the same tags so that your plugin would be able to relate them using tags. Is this possible even though the tags would be on different post types?

In reply to: [BulletProof Security] Get rid of theHi there,
This is the error that I am receiving from BPS Setup wizard Autofix:
“Error: Your PHP Configuration Memory Limit is set to: 32M. WordPress needs a bare minimum Memory Limit setting of 64M to perform well. Contact your Web Host and ask them to increase your memory limit to the maximum memory limit setting allowed by your Host.”
The strange thing is that on all other system checks (theme, other plugins) I am getting 256M (which is configured in my php.ini, wp-config.php). trying to figure out where BPS is getting this information. I know that this is the default for WP, so is it coming from this?
My custom code:

In reply to: [Yoast SEO] No index and no follow only for specific robotsThanks neotrope, yeah I have thought of just adding a custom post type as that would probably be the easiest way.

In reply to: [Yoast SEO] No changes after using Yoast SEOWhen did you change the title and meta? Google will only change it when the url is recrawled by Google bot and reindexed. You can speed up this process by visiting Google webmaster admin and instigating a recrawl/re-index of the page.
Hi @danieliser, thanks for clearing that up, that makes complete sense. If I had thought about it a bit more I may have figured that out. I could have just added the pum style sheet to my themes in the first place but I think that having this option in the plugin will be a great help. Thanks once again for your support. It always amazes me how thorough you guys are when it comes to explainations and feed back. ??
Hi @danieliser, any idea on when the option will be added?
Cheers
OK thanks for letting me know.
That’s great news @danieliser, looking forward to seeing the next update.

In reply to: [BulletProof Security] Password Protected DirectoryHi, the issue is now resolved. Stupidly enough it was just the use of a hyphen in the username for some reason. As soon as I removed this it worked. I wonder why this suddenly changed?
