In reply to: syntax error with " Share This" pluginHey guys; thanks so much for the prompt responses. I put quotes around the version number but then I got an error for line 34 so I just deleted the plugin folder. Problem solved.
Thanks again.

In reply to: Mysterious registrationslinux, I have Akismet installed but have now also installed ‘Stop Spammer Registration’ and so far, no new registrations.
Gabe, I need the users because I want to generate discussion/debate but need to be able to keep it civil. Registration helps with that.

In reply to: Mysterious registrationsThanks a bunch. Time to install a CAPTHA plugin I guess. That should stop the registrations. Thanks so much for your responses.

In reply to: [Flickr Gallery] [Plugin: Flickr Gallery] Error: 98: Invalid auth tokenI have the same problem; “Invalid auth token” but it’s not in the cache. I cleared my cache and still have the problem. I’ve verified that the API key is correct as is other info and still get the error code instead of Flickr images. HELP!

In reply to: Create a 'prayer request' listHey, that looks like it just might do the job. Thanks for the quick response.
edit: nope, that doesn’t work. What I want is a ‘page’ that will appear on my main nav bar and when clicked on, will open an editable page where visitors can post and reply. Maybe a wiki will work. Let me check that option.

In reply to: IE Breaks themeThanks again. I found out on the microsoft site that the feature is only available in IE8 and IE9 (and probably future). It is designed to view older sites and shouldn’t be the default. Like you, I never use IE and so had no idea about that feature. Thank you again for your help. I’ve tried multiple themes and spent way more time than I should have trying to fix this. You have made my day.

In reply to: IE Breaks themepheno..thanks so much for the prompt response. I tried 295 and that didn’t work but it told me where to look. I played with it for a while and 285 worked but the navigation bar was still messed up. It was below the nav bg so it was almost invisible unless you knew it was there.
I was still puzzled and reread your post and wondered about the ‘compatability view’ statement. I searched the IE menu bar and found the switch. Turned it off and yep, site views just as it should.
Now, my question (and mods can delete this if I’m straying to far from the forum topic) Does IE come with ‘compatibility view’ turned on as default?

In reply to: Corporate Theme v2 2.0.1I’m looking for an answer to this also. I just realized that there were rotating banner images. I can find references to the static image and also to the rotating images but don’t know php so can’t figure out what to do with them.
