Hi I see you marked this as resolved I’m having the same issue can you tell me how you fixed it?

Taken it off of maintenance mode, I updated to the latest version and cleared my cache but the problem still exists.

For example, https://succulentscribbles.com/terrarium/ This page should have thumbnails people can click through, but I see blank pages.

@tptools Hey question, that theme issue you had, was the issue where your product titles and prices vanished? If so, how did you fix it I have that problem right now and I am not tech savvy in the slightest

I have noticed that some paypal refunds go through the others say it has to be done manually, like there are two buttons, and the ones not going through are the manual ones. I think its not a glitch but don’t know why it has that option when they purchased through paypal

@riaanknoetze Yea they should be configured correctly since I’m able to receive payments and its every other order (some people get their refunds others don’t, it’s been doing this past two days). How do I turn on debugging mode?

I think its working now actually, so I’ll put it back in maintenance mode.

I guess it was a hiccup haha

I figured out its my Easy Hide Login plugin that’s clashing with it, though I need that so people stop trying to hack my website, so I need to figure out what to do to use both, though I guess that isn’t a wordpress forum kind of solution haha.
