All fixed now, not sure if it was a cache issue or not. I cleaned the browser and all was well afterwards.

Hi guys, in case you checking this post I had moved the site to WP2011 template and all is working well, so the issue is definitely in WP2012.

Did anyone get a chance to check my issue? *bump*
