I think you need to fire woo3dvInit3D() function right after the popup window is shown.

First off I need to mention that infill works in the paid version of the plugin if API subscription is enabled.
Some models are less prone to infill than others, imagine having a cup or a teapot model with thin walls, the infill % would not affect the material amount too much.

After the popup is shown the 3D viewer must be initialized by calling woo3dvInit3D() function, although free version allows only one model per page.

Make sure the model is fully loaded and viewable.

That’s correct, the free version of the plugin has no model protection features whatsoever. The paid version can convert models to webm videos and gif images.

You have a conflict with an Augmented Reality plugin or addon, I’m not sure what it is.

Try to deactivate/activate the plugin.
Also try a clean installation.
