Hey after I removed the uxbuilder from the Urls list I didn’t see any change and everything was still working fine, I then added uxbuilder to the Urls list again and now I see the loop once more! This is very strange as I have not experienced this since when I first placed this in the Urls list some weeks ago.

Let me know if you find anything please, I’ll be sure to do the same ??

I just added

uxbuilder

to the “Do Not Cache URIs” list and the issue seemed to be resolved however I just removed it again and the builder seems to load, maybe you need to clear your browser cache and try again. If this fails try adding

uxbuilder

to “Do Not Cache Query Strings” just below the previous mentioned option.

I assume you have already tried enabling debug mode in Litespeed to ensure it is LS plugin causing the issue.

First of all, let’s clarify your problem: Everything is working well then you DEACTIVATED the plugin then REACTIVATED it, so all the bundles have been messed up? Then it’s not a problem of our plugin, sir.

I wasn’t stating there was a problem with plugin I was mentioning the issue in hope there was a simple solution.

This saying is misleading a bit after all of our effort to build this helpful plugin for product bundles, isn’t it? Cause this is your fault, not our plugin’s.

Not personal towards you, but imagine hundreds of products losing the product type, with no simple solution, yes this is a big headache but I resolved it and you are correct my fault alone however providing useful documentation on how to use the plugin correctly would be great start. After many hours I have worked all of the issues out which were simply due to incorrect settings, settings you have not advised to change but instead responding quiet defensive.

Ignore the solution above, I have found that simple products which were bundled into a smart bundle now appear on frontend as a bundle even though they are still simple products. Prices have reset to zero on numerous items. Quite a headache and a pretty big mess to say the least which is a real shame as I thought I found a good plugin for bundles.

Update:

Answered my own question, will post it here in case it helps someone.

The issue when editing the product types in bulk “smart bundle” reverting to “simple product” seems to be a plugin conflict.

Solution/ Workaround: Enabled troubleshooting> Enabled Smart Bundles & Yith Bulk Editor> Changed product type and saved. products successfully changed to “smart bundle”.

It is a strange fix though no?? Is it a plugin issue or does selecting all of the types individually actually select less than the first method? Just curious!

@anji_s, thank you for posting your comment as this information was most helpful indeed, I pretty much new exactly what I needed to do. I changed the status of some of the bundled items to Visibility: Public, Catalog visibility: Hidden and all is working properly! Thank you so much! ??

I see I’m not the only one that has been experiencing this.

For anyone else experiencing this my temporary solution for now is to simply disable the plugin, the bundled items can still be purchased however I guess the stock of the bundled items will not be reduced but that’s a small compromise and better than customers not being able to purchase at all.

Hopefully the developers will acknowledge the issue and fix it soon.

For anyone else experiencing issues I have found that by going to EXCEPTIONS then deselecting “Apply settings on: All contents (the whole page)” then select all types individually resolves the issue. ??

May be worth mentioning that the horizontal menu becomes vertical with only 3 links visible.. By Range, By Category & View All.

Thank you for taking a look at this, I tried the #top-menu but no luck.

I have done some more testing it seems the issue only occurs with Divi Mega Pro activated. The top menu items do have a css class set and also added to the EXCLUDED css class list.. i.e divimegapro-244614,divimegapro-244488.. & so on..

Each top menu item is also able to create a CSS Selector Trigger: I tried this but maybe I am doing something wrong.

The top menu items “custom links” these are also not actual links i.e no url so maybe these are breaking it?

If we are all out of ideas please let me know so I can bin it and find an alternative.

Ok I have tried to add the primary menu items to the exclude list, I don’t have a clue how to do this correctly I am just guessing using the information provided. Anyway I added the following text from my links but on the front end the header is still visually broken.

Set Title: {Shop}{By Range}{By Room}{By Category}{By Material}{View All}{Furniture Sale}

Maybe the shop logo link to homepage needs to be added?
