Hello, I posted on your site about this also, I am experiencing the
same issue with porto theme, the woocommerce-placeholder appears below thumbnails, do you have a solution for this please.

I have tried css to try “display none” however it doesn’t work for me, would also prefer a cleaner approach if at all possible.

Sorry here is some more information.

Steps I had taken

1. New Export
2. Woocommerce Products
3. Customize Export File
4. I do not see “Custom URI”

If I repeat the steps above with code snippet enabled and select “Preview”, I get an error returned without any preview being displayed.

“An unknown error occured”

To be honest I am quiet glad to hear that it wasn’t just me. I thought I had gone mad! haha

I add the code you kindly provided to code snippets plugin, I dodnt see any changes so I changed priority from 10 to 1 unfortunately I still do not see “Custom URI”.

I also tried to add the snippet to WP All Import itself to no avail.

Has the code been tested? Maybe you can guide me further please.

I gave that a go however, unfortunately, no change, critical CSS generation seems to be intermittent, some passing and some / null / but mostly just not even trying to generate anything for URLs after visiting them with the foreground option enabled also.

This may not be related or something to worry about, in the debug log I see many lines relating to CDN which I enabled because all images are moved from server and hosted on DO spaces.

I am trying to access my site however I keep being forwarded to wp-admin/admin.php?page=woolentor

Any ideas how to resolve this please because I can only access the site when I manually remove the plugin via FTP.

I have already had a custom plugin made to achieve this now, just needs some tweeks to allow children of parent attributes/ categories which isn’t quite working for me.

Hey Tarek,

After further testing I found that OceanWP Woo Slider which was in my mega menu was causing the issue, I removed the slider from the menu and the correct products are now loading after pagination.

The only issue now is, I have setup 5 horizontal filters however I can only use one filter at a time. Is it possible to apply more than one filter or is this an issue on my side ?

Here is a screenshot of the filters, you can see I have selected (Depth) “51-100” however if I also try to select another filter the first filter is reset.

Sorry, how do I share a screenshot on here?

Also another question, your Product Horizontal Filter, if I select a price and then afterwards select another filter the price filter is also reset so it seems you can only use one filter at a time.

I was hoping to be able to filter by price, product type (custom attribute), Depth + Width + Height (also custom attributes). Is this possible?
