Got same error and found this:
In August 31, 2015 Google announced that web hosting in Google Drive will be deprecated
and from August 31, 2016 they shut down api and serving content via googledrive.com/host/doc id is impossible now. So due to this all links now returns error 404. I don’t think that developers can bypass this, so probably in new versions of plugin this feature will be removed.
