A couple of ways:
1. use an Adsense plugin.
2. put the Adsense code directly into the WP theme files.

Myself prefer changing the WP them files, because doing that we have more control and easier to change in the future.

I need a plugin to enable me to select posts as “sticky”. But on https://redalt.com/downloads/ there is not download link for the Adhesive plugin.

How? Please help.

This is great. Finally I found a fix for shortstat which has stopped to work since I upgraded WordPress.
