thanks for your review. That will help us to improve Funnelforms. Our goal is to make a very good multi step form plugin. Let me get back to your topics:

1. We have about over 1.000 pro users, we started only with the pro version of the plugin years ago. For a long time we didn’t had a free version at all. We had in the past no complaining about the price for the pro features, but I can understand your point. It depends what you will actually do with Funnelforms. Many of our clients use it straight for lead generation. Funnelforms will improve the conversion rate on the landingpage that the 20$ is little compared to the more revenue you will get with Funnelforms.
   
2. It is very hard for plugin developer to find the right balance between a free version with limitations and a pro version. What would be your ideas how we can find the right balance? What features you would expect in the free version? The phone, email and name field is not blocked. You can create under the menu item “Contact forms” the contact forms without a limit for the end of the multi step form. Only some questions are limited.
   
3. About the demo import you are right. We are currently developing demos only for the free version as we want to improve this for the free users.
   
4. Did you watched our quick start guide how the things are configured in Funnelforms? Did will help you to understand the setup as we are a little bit other then other form plugins. https://vimeo.com/782961075
   
5. The main navigation panel is not blocked, could you specify that? Its maybe a bug. There are only some menu items blocked in the free version.
   
6. I noted the PHP warning you get and redirected it to the development team immediately.

Your feedback is very important for us, we have a great history with very good customer support and we want to make sure that we can make many as possible clients happy. No voice should be ignored. I hear you and will take these things to discuss in the team.

thanks for the report – we already saw your ticket and also responded to it.

This case is an edge-case, occuring on your system, but we got no references, or duplicates right now and cannot reproduce on other systems.

Therefore we are already about finding out the specific problem and fixing it.

thanks for your message. Currently we are not providing Webhooks in our free version, but the Pro version is also a wordpress plugins that you can use directly in wordpress.

Maybe you can write a own small php function to fetch the form entries.

this is not a bug but the limitation of the free version of Funnelforms. In the free version you can only create 6 questions in a row. If you want to use more questions in one form, please upgrade to the Pro version of Funnelforms (https://en.funnelforms.io/pricing).

danke für deine Supportanfrage. Um dein Formular auf deiner Website einzubinden kopiere den Shortcode unter dem Menüpunkt: Formulare und füge diesen auf eine Unterseite deiner WordPress-Instanz ein. Dann wird das Formular dort angezeigt.

thanks for your support inquiry. You can set the the layout options for your question by clicking on the title of the question and then you will find the layout setting in the right sidebar. You can choose a Grid or List Layout for mobile devices.
