You can’t add a shortcode thats for a form, if you look at the github under how to create a tab it says you can’t do this – so I don’t think you can do what you want to.

you can do this via the plugin. I have it and use it to sort my directory from oldest to newest members. It’s also visible on each member’s profile page. You can see it at https://whatwedonow.scot/membership/members/

click on anybody and it will show the date they registered in their profile.

you can get that field direct in WordPress or via something like advanced custom fields. That’s why it’s not included. What do you need it for? I might be able to help.
