Disabling functionality on a Plugin is not the solution I’m looking for. I want to retain full functionality on all Plugins.

This is meant to be a Support forum, so where is the developer’s support or are we saying it’s a WordPress issue?

In WP-DB, it’s saying that the MySQL paths do not exist, is this related?

I noticed that the version of jQuery in WordPress is not up to date. You can try updating it by replacing /wp-includes/js/jquery/jquery.js with the updated version which you can download from here https://blog.jquery.com/2011/09/12/jquery-1-6-4-released/.

This, coupled with the list of Rejected User Agents, seems to have cleared the issue for me.

@mitch – I did them at the same time and so I don’t know if it’s WP 2.8 or version 3.0.6

The xx number of characters v words is a real pain. The sooner it’s fixed the better. We will all have to remember to reverse any changes we made to frig the number of words too!

Thanks for your last post but for those of us who have absolutely no idea what those instructions mean or how to implement them, can you offer some alternative advice?

I have both the wp_yarpp_keyword_cache and wp_yarpp_related_cache tables visible but get the cache build gets interrupted at 48.4% everytime I try to build the cache. I get the following message; “Constructing the related posts timed out.”

.. but I don’t know how effective it is.
