They explained Hello theme wasn’t compatible with php 8.0 version or higher versions. They suggested to change the theme but the website is built based on the Hello theme, using Elementor. So this is not an option. How long will it take for the theme to be compatible with higher versions?

Their response was:

“I completely understand your concern and currently php version 7.4 has been setup for your website.
Please check once with the plugin vendor or developer, and make the theme compatible with php version 8.0 and higher versions.
Because php version 7.4 is deprecated and no longer have the security?support.”

One week ago, I couldn’t update anything, from plug-ins, to even visualize my website. Please help!

I have a similar problem. Hostgator says I need the Hello theme to be compatible with 8.0 version, as the 7.4 PHP version is deprecaded. Last week I had a critical issue on my website. Is now compatible? How long will it take?
