Thanks for your reply Kasia_Shareaholic but I did post a link of a screenshot of the pop up window you are talking about. There’s no shortcode or any id there. It’s probably a bug you should look into. Never mind I found the shortcode in my dashboard on shareaholic.com. Thanks again.
