You cannot restrict the access from the plugin itself, but what you could do is to publish your surveys/quizs in privates/restricted pages, so only registered users could see them.

1) For quizs, yes it does.
2) No, questions are either single/multiple answers from a list or free text ones. Although you can combine freely those types of questions in the same quiz

Anyway, why you don’t use an unique section for all the questions?

Hi, you can show the result and the correct answer for each question at the end of the quiz, choosing the ‘Quiz Review’ option on the ‘Finish Display’ while configuring the quiz settings.
