When categories are deleted and re-created, they are assigned new unique IDs. This is why the plugin may not recognize the new categories, as it’s still looking for the old IDs.
To resolve this issue, please follow this:
Re-add Categories: Since the plugin relies on unique IDs, you’ll need to re-add the missing categories manually in the plugin’s settings or interface.

Yes, it is possible to sell redeem codes for third-party SaaS applications. You will sell redeem codes, and when your customer completes the purchase, they will receive the redeem code via email to use for the third-party SaaS apps.
Regarding the last part of your question, you may collect redeem codes dedicated for you so that the third-party app will know that these codes are only sold by you. Another way is if the third-party apps use our API, then they will be able to identify.

Hello,
We would like to inform you that our plugin delivers a key when the order is successfully completed. Our plugin checks the WooCommerce order status to determine this.
The order status is set to “complete” when the payment is successfully processed. If the payment is completed and confirmed by the payment gateway, the order is marked as complete. If there is an issue with the payment gateway, the order will not be marked as complete, and our plugin will not deliver the keys. Additionally, we want to inform you that most payment gateways work fine, but a few others may have this issue.
We are currently working on an update to remove this dependency on the payment gateway and WooCommerce order status. We hope to include this feature in a future release.
