My plugin is saying the same thing – any resolution to this?

@joebeninghove’s solution worked for me, though you should follow their instructions on how to create a template and put the JS code in THAT rather than the original source file.

My upgrade failed the first time after my server crashed mid-reactivation. I ended up with no events and the fixes you’ve listed here and elsewhere have not remedied the situation. I’m also not getting any pages created, and when I go to the events page, my calendar shows an event on every day.

I’ve gone back to the 4.x version of the plugin and while it shows the events, I’m not able to update them anymore.

How do I force an update? Is there a script I can run manually to move everything over to the new model?

Naturally, I was able to run the update perfectly in TEST, but my PROD site is the one with the failures…

This is (I think) caused by a JQuery conflict…Wordpress isn’t as clever at queueing scripts as I though, it appears. In any case, I’m using a slightly different approach and I hope that version 3.1.2 works better for you.

As a temporary fix (while I work out a permanent solution), you can follow these instructions:

Comment out lines 517 and 518 in wp-dm-albums.php:
wp_register_script( ‘dm_jquery’, ‘https://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1/jquery.js’);
wp_enqueue_script( ‘dm_jquery’ );

Please let me know if this fixes your issue.

I’m not sure what you mean by Atualization, but any issues should be resolved after updating to 3.1.1.

Version 3.0 had an issue with a commit, and we later updated to 3.1 which resolved the issue. A further bug fix was released this morning resolving a bug in the fullscreen mode. Version 3.1.1 should be functioning fully.

A rare issue has been reported that it breaks JQuery, and we’re working on that issue. If you have this problem, a temporary work-around is to comment out lines 517 and 518 in wp-dm-albums.php.

This is a common request we have been getting since release version 2 with the DM Album Manager. We will be working on this feature and will hopefully release this in the coming weeks.

Hi there,

Can you tell me what kind of environment you have on the local computer? There are some known issues we are working on when running the plugin on a WAMP server.

The latest version (2.3.3) has improved (but not fully functional) support on WAMP.

Any assistance from the community would be welcomed.

With version 2.3, you are now able to save a custom stylesheet so that WordPress won’t delete it when you automatically update the plugin.
